SHOPPING CART

Where is my shopping cart? Your shopping cart is located at the top right of every page. When you are finished shopping, click on the cart to proceed to checkout.

 

PRODUCTS

Will the color of the art match what I see on the screen? We do our best to ensure the photos accurately represent the colors in the artwork; however, please be aware that your monitor or screen may display colors differently.

Do you offer framing? No, we do not offer framing at this time. We prefer to let the customer choose the frame due to differing decorating styles. Please be sure to include a mat when you frame to ensure the artwork’s protection.

Who actually owns the rights to the artwork? Elizabeth Smith/MamaDuckArt retains all rights to the artwork she creates. The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission from Elizabeth Smith/MamaDuck Art.

 

SHIPPING

To what locations do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only.

With whom do you ship? We ship with USPS and use Priority Mail (usually 1-3 days) which provides quick service and tracking. Please note that we have no control over the shipping time and rely on the USPS to get the shipment safely to you.

What is your turnaround time? Our standard turnaround time for processing, printing, and packaging is 7-10 business days plus shipping time, so you should receive your order within 2-3 weeks from placement. The number of orders received will determine how quickly the processing, printing, and packaging can occur.

What if I need my order quickly? Please contact us directly at hello@mamaduckart.com, so we can try to accommodate your request. An expedite fee and/or additional shipping charges will apply.

 

TAXES

Do you collect sales tax? We collect sales tax to all North Carolina residents per the law. Any tax due will be included during checkout.
