Return Policy

We hope you absolutely love your purchase. But if something isn’t right, please know that your satisfaction is always our goal. PLEASE NOTE: Sales for all original paintings are final.

Damaged Items

We try to package items for shipping as carefully as possible to ensure safe arrival to you. However, how the package is handled during shipping is out of our control. Therefore, if the product arrives damaged in shipping, we will be glad to replace it for you or issue a refund. All replacements and refunds for damaged items must be approved through the following process:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged packaging AND a photo of the damaged item(s) within 7 days of receipt of your order, and email the photos to hello@mamaduckart.com with the subject line “Damaged Order.” Also include in the email if you are requesting a replacement or a refund. PLEASE NOTE: Any emails received after 7 days of receipt of the order and requesting a replacement or refund will be denied. So please be sure to check your order as soon as it arrives.

  2. We will determine, based on the photos, if we will approve a replacement or refund. Email notification of the approval or denial will be sent to the email that provided the photos.

  3. If approved, we will reprint your order and ship it to you or process the refund within 5 business days, unless we notify you of different timing (due to vacations for example). PLEASE NOTE: the original order shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund or Exchange Requests for Reasons Other Than Damage

Return requests for reasons other than damage will not be approved. However, if there is an issue, we want to hear from you to do everything we can to make it right. Exchange requests due to a reason other than damage during shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis through the following process:

  1. Send an email request within 7 days of receipt of your order to hello@mamaduckart.com with the subject line “Exchange Order Request.” Include in the email the reason and justification for your request. PLEASE NOTE: Any emails received after 7 days of receipt of the order and requesting an exchange or refund will be denied. So please be sure to check your order as soon as it arrives.

  2. We will review your email and provide notification of the approval or denial to the email that provided the original request.

  3. If approved, we will ask you to repackage the purchased item in the original packaging with the original cardboard inside to protect it or in sturdy packaging, and ship it back to us. PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will notify you of receipt and approval, will process the exchange, and will print the replacement item and ship it to you within 10 business days, unless we notify you of different timing (due to vacations for example). PLEASE NOTE: If the item is not in good condition, you will be notified that the exchange is denied. ALSO, the original order shipping fees are non-refundable.
